Mandrill is a Mailchimp transactional email service designed to help businesses send emails from their website or app using API or SMTP. Mandrill (now called Transactional Email) is configured with Mailchimp to provide users with the opportunity to send transactional emails, e-commerce emails, welcome emails, newsletters and a host of other non-spam emails. Features such as sent email reporting and logging, friendly UI, email scheduling and test email sending makes Mandrill great to use.
